E2E Test Manager

Mission Overview:

The position is for an E2E Test Manager role at a client site through Keystone Solutions. You will be responsible for overseeing the integration of a new payment management project.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will perform the following responsibilities as a Keystone Solutions consultant:

• Define and execute the overall test strategy for the integration program, ensuring alignment with quality criteria and risk management.
• Oversee end-to-end scope and test coverage of features, including functional, non-functional, regression, usability, performance, and security testing.
• Determine testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Support the workstreams in implementing the test strategy and ensure the effective build, maintenance, and execution of the end-to-end test set.
• Regularly follow up on defects and identify structural solutions for recurring issues.
• Provide regular reporting on test progress, including status, coverage, and defects.
• Analyze risks and delays in the execution of end-to-end tests and their implications.
• Act as the main point of contact for all inquiries related to testing and test strategy.
• Coordinate with various Tribe Test engineers for planning, delivery, and reporting.
• Facilitate meetings for planning and delivery purposes.

Language Requirements:

• Fluent communication in Dutch.
• Fluent communication in French.
• Fluent communication in English.

Education and Experience:

• Master's degree or equivalent.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience, including end-to-end test management for programs of 5 million euros or more.
• Proven experience in both functional and non-functional testing methodologies, as well as knowledge of software development methods and life cycle management.
• Familiarity with test automation tools such as Quality Center, Cucumber, and SOAP is mandatory.

• Experience in an agile environment, particularly in transformation initiatives.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
