Mission Overview:
As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will engage in a dynamic consultancy mission at a client site, focusing on delivering e-Invoicing Services for our clientele. We are searching for a motivated professional with robust analytical skills and a dedication to enhancing client processes through technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling incidents assigned to the 2nd line related to e-Invoicing Services: Mercurius, Hermes, Hermes SMP, Belgian Peppol Authority, Peppol.
- Onboarding new Mercurius customers, including both administrative follow-up and technical implementation as a Keystone Solutions consultant.
- Following up on recurring incidents (problem management) with 3rd line support and development teams while working alongside the client.
- Creating FAQs for the first line (Service Desk) regarding e-Invoicing services and conducting information sessions tailored to client needs.
- Guiding Peppol Service Providers / Access Points (private sector) through the onboarding process (using Peppol) as part of our consultancy approach.
- Assisting government entities (business and technicians) in the onboarding process (using simpl.ePRIOR) under the Keystone Solutions consultancy framework.
Required Knowledge:
- A good understanding of technological concepts in the ICT field that will support your consultancy role.
- Knowledge of ITIL principles and Agile ways of working, key to our consulting methodology.
- Familiarity with principles such as information security, access management, authoritative sources, information security committee, database management, GDPR, standardization, and terminology pertinent to client projects.
- Required knowledge of Peppol architecture and terminology to provide high-quality consulting services.
- Experience with Soap Webservices and XML relevant to ongoing client engagements.
- Knowledge of ServiceNOW, CSM platform, and CRM integration or similar tools utilized in client interactions.
- Languages: French & Dutch (good understanding of Dutch is mandatory, B2 level) to effectively communicate with diverse client stakeholders.
