UX / UI Designer

Mission Overview:

The successful candidate will take on a consultancy role at our client site through Keystone Solutions, focusing on enhancing user experience and interface design. This position is a unique opportunity to apply your expertise in a dynamic consultancy environment where you will contribute to various client projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceive user-friendly interfaces and continuously improve the user experience of applications as a Keystone Solutions consultant.
• Participate in needs analysis to understand users and their environment, determining application requirements in collaboration with the client.
• Plan and execute research methods, including recruiting participants for interviews, surveys, focus groups, and user tests to inform design choices.
• Propose the most suitable solutions and design low and high fidelity interfaces (mobile-first prototyping) that address client-specific challenges.
• Assist analysts and developers in designing user interfaces, ensuring the developed application meets user and environmental requirements under Keystone Solutions’ consultancy model.

Profile/Skills:

• Bilingual in French and Dutch, enhancing communication with diverse client teams.
• Proficient in Adobe XD, Axure, Conceptboard, and Mentimeter (Confirmed level, recent experience) to deliver effective design solutions.
• Expert in Figma (Expert level, recent experience) for collaboration on interface designs.
• Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards (Expert level, recent experience) to ensure inclusive user experiences.
• Excellent communication skills to maintain regular and effective dialogue with clients and the Keystone Solutions team.
