Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

The primary responsibility of this role will be to analyze business requirements, support functional design, document changes, assist in setting up testing, and performing tests. The Business Analyst will focus initially on two critical areas: data and reporting, ensuring that related processes and functionalities are seamlessly integrated into the new data model. Key activities include:

• Analyze data and reporting needs; gather requirements and translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation for business processes, functional designs, and system requirements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders and project managers to align deliverables and ensure smooth integration with Settle 2.0 components and systems.
• Lead and facilitate workshops to gather input, validate solutions, and identify process optimization opportunities.
• Define and analyze data and reporting requirements, ensuring effective reporting strategies and delivering insights from data.
• Support test content definition that integrates with the project's overall test strategy and validate implementations.
