Mission Overview:

The role of IT Support Officer within Keystone Solutions involves working as a consultant on-site at our client, the INAMI, a key player in social security. You will have the opportunity to support essential services that ensure every insured individual has access to quality healthcare and adequate income during incapacity.

Key Responsibilities:

As an IT Support Officer, you will join a team of approximately ten members, tasked with ensuring users have optimal access to their machines and applications. Your responsibilities include providing first-line support to around 1500 internal users regarding IT equipment and telecommunications. Specifically, you will respond to calls in both French and Dutch, log reported incidents, prioritize daily helpdesk tasks, resolve incidents, assist users, and familiarize them with new IT tools. You will also participate in client projects that may affect your role, such as new configurations deployment, and collaborate with server, infrastructure, and network supervision teams.

Profile Requirements:

1. You hold a bachelor’s degree in IT or are currently pursuing one, along with strong knowledge and experience in hardware and software, including operating systems.
2. You possess a basic understanding of IT infrastructure (LAN, TCP/IP, security infrastructure, Windows domains, network printing), which allows you to diagnose issues effectively.
3. Knowledge and experience in ITIL is considered an asset.
4. You have a proactive approach, result-oriented mindset, and a commitment to finding structural solutions.
5. You work in a structured manner, effectively planning and prioritizing your tasks.
6. You possess strong communication skills and can maintain performance under stress.
