As a Business Analyst & Product Owner in the Sales & Marketing team, you will work on various development projects designed to improve customer experience and operational efficiency. Your role will involve thorough investigation, analysis, review, and documentation of business goals, objectives, functions, processes, and the data supporting them.

Responsibilities

• Act as a bridge between business and IT teams, serving as the voice of the customer.
• Understand and document end-to-end customer experiences.
• Conduct feasibility studies when necessary.
• Translate business strategies into user stories and development tasks.
• Capture requirements, manage and prioritize the product backlog, and aid in decision-making processes.
• Contribute to the construction of business cases.
• Provide ongoing support to development teams by answering questions and clarifying requirements.
• Proactively identify and propose product and process improvements.
• Maintain close communication with senior management, partners, clients, and other technical teams.
• Manage change aspects to ensure user acceptance and adoption.

Your Profile

• Bachelors degree in computer science or an IT-related discipline (certifications are a plus).
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT development with a strong understanding of mobile app and website development.
• Analytical and process-oriented mindset.
• Experience with defining minimum marketable features and minimum viable products.
• Ability to handle multitasking in a dynamic environment.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Accountable, positive, and team player mindset.
• Familiarity with the IT development environment.
• Willingness to go the extra mile to achieve goals.
• Creative, flexible, and committed to delivering results.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and French/Dutch, with the ability to work in an international environment.
