IAM PMO & Onboarding Support

Mission Overview:

The position at Keystone Solutions relates to a consultancy mission at a client site focusing on the rollout of an Identity and Access Management (IAM) solution. We are seeking a PMO & Onboarding Support profile with a minimum of 3 years of demonstrable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be required to support the PMO team in managing the project planning, product backlog, actions/issues/risks, and preparing for recurring meetings. This will necessitate extensive knowledge of MS Office applications.

Additionally, the candidate will strengthen the application onboarding team, requiring experience in data analysis, data cleansing, data validation, and setting up benchmarking questionnaires. Experience in establishing operational procedures is mandatory, and familiarity with operational excellence projects is considered a plus.

Furthermore, alongside the CV, the candidate, holding a masters degree and being bilingual in French and English, must complete the following task (failure to provide a sufficient response will be eliminatory): explain in a few sentences what a burndown chart is and why it is important in agile project management.

This role will be executed on-site at the clients location as a Keystone Solutions consultant. The position provides a unique opportunity to engage in consulting work with a focus on IAM solutions.
