Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot complex cloud-related issues and work proactively to resolve them, maintaining uptime and service quality.
• Advise clients on AWS best practices, ensuring that cloud deployments are aligned with business goals and future needs.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS), with certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer preferred.
• Experience working in the insurance industry, with an understanding of key insurance processes, regulatory requirements, and data handling standards.
• Strong knowledge of cloud architecture design, including microservices, containerization, and serverless computing.
• Hands-on experience with cloud migrations from on-premise to AWS, including data migration strategies and risk mitigation techniques.
• Proficiency with security frameworks (IAM, encryption, security groups) and compliance standards relevant to the insurance domain (e.g., SOC 2, HIPAA).
