Business Analyst

Mission Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst for a consultancy mission at a client site in the property management industry through Keystone Solutions. The successful candidate will leverage a strong background in DevOps and agile methodologies to enhance project outcomes. As a consultant, you will focus on assisting in the organization of backlog and ensuring efficient project management while demonstrating Keystone Solutions’ unique consultancy advantages.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements as a Keystone Solutions consultant.
- Analyze and document business processes, systems, and data in the context of client projects.
- Facilitate discussions and workshops to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure timely delivery of projects under our consultancy model.
- Utilize DevOps and agile methodologies to manage backlog and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
- Assist in user acceptance testing and provide support during implementation phases.
- Continuously identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness for our clients.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a relevant field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the property management industry.
- Strong understanding of DevOps and agile methodologies.
- Experience using MS Azure and Jira.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in both French and English.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, showcasing adaptability.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience in project management and delivering projects on time and within budget.
