About the Mission
Our client manages over 1,000 parking facilities across 9 European countries and serves over 100 million annual customers. To enhance their services and transition to a digital-first approach, they are looking for a Delphi expert to join their agile team. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will play a pivotal role in developing, maintaining, and improving software solutions that support this transformation.

Your Responsibilities as a Keystone Solutions Consultant:

• Software Development: Develop, extend, maintain, and monitor Delphi-based applications within the client's domain.
• Lifecycle Engineering: Define, control, and improve software lifecycle processes, maximizing automation and ensuring repeatability and reliability.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the client's domain experts and business analysts to extract and refine requirements. Facilitate cross-team communication to coordinate API changes, deployments, and bug fixes.
• Design & Innovation: Participate in high- and low-level design discussions for application transformation and greenfield development.
• Automation: Automate testing (unit, integration, end-to-end) to enhance code quality and reliability.
• Knowledge Sharing: Establish a culture of collaboration, learning, and resilience within the client's teams.
• Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance development processes, testing, operational management, and infrastructure.

Technical Skills and Experience:

• A minimum of 10 years of hands-on Delphi development experience (Tokyo and earlier versions).
• Proficiency in T-SQL development, including SQL scripts and stored procedures.
• Strong familiarity with relational databases, particularly MS SQL Server.
• Expertise in unit testing and delivering quality software aligned with best practices.
• Knowledge of versioning tools (e.g., Git) and CI/CD flows (Azure Pipelines).
• Experience in integrating industry frameworks to guide improvements.

Education & Soft Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related IT discipline (certifications are a plus).
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Strong communication skills, including presentation and report writing.
• A proactive, customer-centric mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Real-world experience with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum.
