Mission Overview:
This position is for a consultancy mission at a client site through Keystone Solutions. You will play a crucial role in managing waterways and water-related lands in Flanders, focusing on enhancing mobility through the promotion of inland navigation. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be responsible for the maintenance, development, and protection of waterways and surrounding areas, emphasizing environment, safety, and recreation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Team Leader and Act as Backup: Provide necessary advice for planning, organizing, monitoring, and adjusting facility tasks. Assist with building management queries and develop new work methodologies based on FMIS tools.
- Support Large Construction Projects: Plan, organize, monitor, and adjust various large projects under internal and external building managers. Ensure adherence to quality assurance and performance measurement procedures.
- Implement New FMIS System: Assist and guide external service providers in implementing a new FMIS system with GIS integration and energy management. Ensure seamless integration with existing process flows.
- Manage FMIS and Building Helpdesk: Organize, roll out, and ensure the proper functioning of the FMIS system and the building helpdesk. Optimize the use of FMIS to support helpdesk tasks and data flow to team members or external contractors.
- Data Management and Quality Assurance: Maintain the quality and up-to-date status of data in the FMIS. Ensure efficient data transfer between systems and support the configuration of DVW's FMIS.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with internal team leaders and building teams. Coordinate with internal customers and support services to ensure smooth project execution.
Required Skills/Profile:
- Experience with FMIS Implementation: Proven experience in setting up FMIS systems, supported by performance certificates from previous contractors.
- Knowledge of Public Procurement Legislation: Advanced understanding and application of public procurement laws.
- IT and Data Management Expertise: Expert-level knowledge in IT and data management.
- Experience with Water-Related Government Projects: Advanced experience in water-related government projects is essential.
- Leadership and Management Experience: At least 10 years of experience in a leadership or management role, with demonstrable entrepreneurship.
- Proficiency in Dutch: Native or bilingual proficiency in Dutch.
Additional Practical Information:
- Work Regime: Minimum 4/5, adjustable in consultation.
- Contract Duration: Initially until the end of 2025, with the possibility of three one-year extensions.
- Work Locations: Main location in Merelbeke, with travel across Flanders for work and project meetings.
