Business Change Manager (Gent)

Mission Overview:

The role within Keystone Solutions involves a consultancy mission at a client site, supporting the FutureFlow program and NIS2 compliance projects. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will being instrumental in developing and implementing change and communication strategies that align stakeholders and create widespread support for facing future challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement change and communication strategies for the FutureFlow program and NIS2 compliance projects.
• Align various stakeholders and create broad support for future challenges.
• Report on the progress of the change process and deliver various change deliverables.
• Apply best practices in change management to create support and embed changes within the organization, including:
  • Conducting thorough change analyses such as change impact analyses and ADKAR analyses.
  • Developing and executing targeted communications.
  • Providing knowledge sharing through training and coaching.
  • Facilitating collaboration and constructive dialogue in both large and small groups.
• Contribute to building change management knowledge and capability using change methodology based on Prosci/ADKAR, through change training and coaching.

Skills/Profile:

• Expertise in change management, with knowledge of project/product management methodologies (Prince2 and Agile/Scrum).
• Ability to work closely with sponsors, project leaders, and various partners within the client's large organization. 
• Willingness to apply standard practices and integrate new best practices in change management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Experience in developing and implementing change strategies and facilitating knowledge sharing through training and coaching.
