Job Overview:

As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will engage with clients directly, providing vital support and solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line support to end-users via mail, phone, ticketing system, or at IT Corners.
  • Resolve software and hardware-related incidents and guide users through technical issues.
  • Perform proactive maintenance on devices and systems to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Update and maintain technical documentation and ensure accuracy in internal tools (e.g., CMDB).
  • Record all activities in the ticketing system and collaborate with the team on recurring tasks.


Skills/Qualifications:

  • Fluent in French, Dutch, and English (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware/software (Microsoft Windows 10 & 11) and internet/cloud technologies (Intune, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Experience with iPhone/iPad devices and tools like SCCM, Intune, and ticketing systems.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal), customer-centric attitude, and empathy toward user needs.
  • Self-motivated team player with a continuous improvement mindset and a developed sense of ownership.
