Your Role as a Consultant

As a Senior Operational Risk Consultant, you will:

• Identify and Analyze Risks: Assess operational, technical, financial, and reputational risks (excluding IT and financial risks) within the clients operational context.
• Mitigate Risks: Contribute to the definition of mitigation actions, coordinate their implementation, and monitor progress.
• Support Stakeholders: Assist the clients leadership, process owners, project managers, and operational leaders in evaluating risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Risk Profiling and Strategy: Track the evolution of the clients risk profile and contribute to the development of the annual risk management strategy.

Additionally:

• Champion a professional and constructive approach to risk and crisis management, whether related to strategic, operational, or project-based challenges.
• Develop and update methodologies, governance frameworks, tools, and training programs for risk management.
• If possible, assist in organizing annual crisis exercises and conducting post-crisis evaluations to enhance preparedness and response mechanisms.

What You Bring to Keystone Solutions

• ISO31000 Expertise: Strong understanding of the ISO31000 standard (certification is a plus).
• Workshop Facilitation Skills: Proven ability to lead business workshops for identifying activity-related risks.
• Operational Risk Management Experience: At least two years of experience in managing operational risks, with five years preferred for senior-level expertise.
• Advisory and Mitigation Planning: Demonstrated success in advising on and evaluating risk mitigation plans.
• Governance Improvement: Track record in monitoring, evaluating, and improving operational risk governance.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in French or Dutch with a good command of the second language (minimum B2 level).
