Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Data Collection & Preparation: Gathering, cleansing, and organizing data from various sources to ensure high-quality inputs for analysis.
• Analysis & Insights Generation: Applying statistical techniques and analytical tools to extract meaningful patterns and insights that support business objectives.
• Visualization & Reporting: Creating clear and compelling data visualizations, dashboards, and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Collaboration with Stakeholders: Partnering with client teams to understand their data needs and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Process Improvement: Identifying inefficiencies in current data processes and recommending solutions for optimization.
• Support for Strategic Initiatives: Contributing data expertise to strategic projects that align with the clients goals.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should have:

• Education: A Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
  • Familiarity with database management and ETL processes.
• Analytical Abilities: Strong quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience: 4+ years in a data analytics role, preferably with exposure to diverse industries or projects.
