Business / Functional analyst

About the Role: As a Business / Functional Analyst, you'll work closely with  IT team, playing a key role in translating business needs into technical solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include understanding business stakeholder needs and transforming these into clear, actionable functional requirements. Furthermore, you'll participate in the testing phase, where you'll develop test plans, write test cases, and carry out functional testing to ensure that the solutions meet the specified objectives.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in software development as a business, functional, or test analyst.
• Expertise in documenting use cases, writing business requirements, process modeling, SQL, and conducting testing.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, TestRail, Postman, and DBeaver.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of the financial services industry, especially asset management, is a significant advantage.
• Data Warehousing knowledge is a plus.
