Senior Data Program Manager

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Senior Data Program Manager for a consultancy mission at our client's site. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing the data strategy, establishing necessary standards, guidelines, and quality norms, while further enhancing data governance in alignment with the strategic objectives of the client organization. This role requires close collaboration with the Enterprise Architect and direct reporting to the CIO as a Keystone Solutions consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Data Program Manager will have a minimum of 25 years of proven experience in IT, including at least 15 years focused on data and analytics. Responsibilities will include:

• Demonstrating substantial experience in project/program management, relationship management, and support & delivery management.
• Providing expert advice and implementing data solutions for both private and public organizations in Belgium.
• Producing high-level reporting and maintaining standards for data governance aligned with business objectives.
• Actively engaging with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of data strategies.
• Taking initiative in managing risks and ensuring quality control throughout data projects.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A project management, ITIL, and Scrum Master certification.
• Certifications in Data Governance Fundamentals, Data Governance Innovation, DAMA CDMP, and Master Data Management.
• Proficient in business intelligence, data analytics, data governance, data management, data quality management, and data strategy.
• Expertise in leadership and relationship management.
• Demonstrated ability to articulate the two greatest success factors from previous Master Data Management implementations and convey lessons learned for future projects.
