Mission Overview:

The role involves a consultancy mission at a client site through Keystone Solutions, focusing on designing and implementing Office 365 components. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will ensure that solutions meet end-user needs while aligning with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a functional architecture for Office 365 components (SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps) tailored to end-user needs, complying with ISO 27001 and NIS2 standards.
• Establish governance practices for O365 components, aligning with Microsoft best practices.
• Develop and manage a Microsoft Technology Center of Excellence, optimizing the client's use of O365 tools.
• Lead the migration of legacy SharePoint systems to the new architecture, ensuring seamless transitions.
• Implement document and data retention management, including access control and compliance with legal and internal regulations.
• Support ongoing development and rollout of Power BI, Power Apps, SharePoint, and Power Automate solutions, while managing related initiatives.

Profile & Skills:

• Expertise in O365 architecture and governance, with demonstrated experience in similar projects.
• Proficiency in SharePoint, Power BI, and Power Apps, including migration and implementation strategies.
• Advanced knowledge of ISO 27001 and NIS2 standards, ensuring data security and compliance.
• Ability to establish and manage Centers of Excellence for Microsoft technologies.
• Strong project management skills, especially in digital transformation and cloud solutions.
• Fluent in Dutch or French (native/bilingual proficiency) and English (full professional proficiency), with excellent communication abilities.
