Functional Analyst

Keystone Solutions is seeking an experienced Functional Analyst with a strong technical background and a solid understanding of agile methodologies. This role is crucial for analyzing business requirements, configuring project management tools, and overseeing the implementation of solutions.
As a consultant for Keystone Solutions, you will work on-site at a client location, contributing your expertise to diverse and dynamic projects. The ideal candidate will be able to quickly grasp both business and technical challenges, identify the most suitable solutions, and support teams in their execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business needs from users and stakeholders.
• Write detailed functional and technical specifications based on business requirements.
• Design tailored solutions considering both business and technical constraints.
• Configure and optimize tools such as Azure DevOps to support project management and tracking.
• Actively participate as a key member of the development team.
• Attend and contribute to agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Support the continuous improvement of processes and tools used within the project.
• Provide functional and technical support to project teams as needed.
• Develop and maintain documentation (both functional and technical) to ensure clarity and accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Solid experience in functional analysis and agile project management (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong understanding of software architectures and technical environments.
• Proficiency in project management and tracking tools, particularly Azure DevOps.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a quick identification of solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in writing technical and functional documentation.
• Ability to work autonomously and proactively, ensuring efficient execution of tasks.
• Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken).

Ideal Profile:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.
• Experience in agile environments with a solution-oriented approach.
• Proven experience working alongside product owner teams.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with development teams (ideally PHP/Symfony) to ensure proper implementation of solutions.
