BIM Consultant

Mission Overview:

The role available through Keystone Solutions involves engaging in a consultancy mission at a client site, focusing on the implementation and adoption of innovative BIM technologies and methodologies. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will have the unique opportunity to work closely with project teams to deliver optimized solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and support the adoption of new BIM technologies and methodologies within project teams as a consultant through Keystone Solutions.
• Analyze engineering disciplines to identify requirements, interfaces, and propose optimized solutions in collaboration with our client.
• Monitor and adapt existing processes to ensure continuous improvement and efficiency as a Keystone Solutions consultant.
• Document BIM solutions and effectively communicate them to project teams and stakeholders.
• Contribute to the creation and execution of the BIM roadmap in collaboration with teams on client projects.
• Provide innovative, pragmatic solutions to project challenges, considering budget and timeline constraints.

Skills/Profile:

• Practical knowledge of BIM principles and AEC tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Dynamo, Navisworks) essential for the consultancy role.
• At least 2 years of experience with ACC Docs and ACC BIM Collaborate, and 10 years in design tools.
• Strong communication skills, with a methodical and precise approach to tasks as required in consultancy work.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams, maintaining a helicopter view to structure diverse solutions across client engagements.
• Curiosity, critical thinking, and adaptability to changing circumstances are vital for success in a consultancy environment.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of French or Dutch is an asset, with an intermediate understanding of the other national language.
