IT System Administrator

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking an IT System Administrator for a consultancy mission at a client site. The IT System Administrator will be responsible for the daily operation of the organization's IT infrastructure. This role involves deployment, administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of technical services and platforms, ensuring their availability, security, and performance. The administrator will provide third-line support and contribute to infrastructure evolution projects in collaboration with the Systems Manager and other IT teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain Microsoft Windows Server environments.
• Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPO services.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services (Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, and OneDrive).
• Administer Microsoft SQL Server databases.
• Administer VMware virtualization infrastructures (ESXi, vCenter, Site Recovery Manager, and vSphere Replication).
• Deploy, administer, and maintain the Lansweeper IT inventory solution.
• Deploy, administer, and maintain the WhatsUp Gold monitoring solution.
• Deploy, administer, and maintain the WithSecure antivirus solution.
• Deploy, administer, and maintain the SafeQ print management solution.
• Ensure configuration and operational readiness of multimedia and videoconferencing equipment in meeting rooms.
• Ensure availability, performance, and security of system infrastructures.
• Provide third-line support.
• Document and update technical documentation.

Additional Skills:

• Ability to administer and maintain Windows Server Update Services (WSUS).
• Perform restorations using Commvault.
• Ability to write PowerShell scripts.
• Knowledge of information system security best practices.
• Ability to participate in technical infrastructure projects.
• Engage in technological monitoring.
