Mission Overview:


We are seeking a Tech Lead for a consultancy mission at a client site, representing Keystone Solutions. The successful candidate will integrate into an existing team focused on developing a Python application in Django to support operational needs. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for the technical direction, architecture, and coordination of the technical team, working closely with the project manager to determine the technical implementation of business objectives and guiding the team through complex technical challenges.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide technical leadership within the team, determining the technological direction and supporting developers through coaching, mentoring, and code reviews.
  • Design complex systems with a focus on scalability, maintainability, security, and performance.
  • Develop modern web applications in React, ensuring best practices in code quality, performance, and user experience.
  • Utilize deep knowledge of Python and extensive experience with Django to develop robust, secure, and scalable application back-ends.
  • Demonstrate experience with Docker, Docker Compose, and CI/CD processes, ensuring reliable software delivery.
  • Develop data-driven applications and integrations, focusing on data quality, integrity, and reliability within complex data landscapes.
  • Identify, structure, and solve complex technical challenges using excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Promote a culture of technical excellence by applying coding standards, testing strategies, security principles, and continuous improvement.

Profile Requirements:


  • Minimum a bachelor’s degree in Software Development/IT or equivalent demonstrable experience in software development.
  • Proven experience in application development using Python.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
  • Innovative thinking with a keen eye for detail and a proactive work attitude.

Technical Skills:


  • Frontend: HTML, CSS, JS, React.
  • Backend: Python, Django.
  • Data: Python, SQL, pandas.
  • API Development: REST, SOAP, GraphQL.
  • Versioning: Git, Github, Gitlab, CI/CD.

Language Skills:


  • Fluency in English and proficiency in one or both national languages (NL/FR) is preferred. Passive understanding of the other language is required if not fluent.
