Mission Overview:

The Initiative Owner Fraud Cluster consultancy mission is offered by Keystone Solutions, with the consultant working on-site at the client. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will represent our values and expertise while delivering strategic transformation in fraud management.Responsibilities:

  • Structure and steer initiatives in line with Agile practices.
  • Prepare and manage ceremonies linked to the Initiative Owner role.
  • Manage positioning and monitoring of the initiative with impacted stakeholders.
  • Ensure all stakeholder needs are known and covered (including group and business instances).
  • Clarify and formalize the purpose of the initiative.
  • Define and prioritize opuses in a validated delivery roadmap.
  • Determine initiative value and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and contributors, including close collaboration with the Cluster Product Owner, support to Product Owners/Opus Owners during ideation and refinement, and shared knowledge across squads, architects, security, regulatory, risk, and IT colleagues.
  • Manage end-to-end monitoring (scope, quality, budget, timing, KPIs, risks) of opus developments until go-to-market.
  • Document and initiate budget requests (SAP), monitor budget use.
  • Ensure transparent, professional, and persuasive communication with middle and senior management (C-level).
Requirements:

  • 10 years of professional experience, including 5+ years in program and project management with strategic, budget, and dependency constraints.
  • Technical and functional understanding for effective interaction with architects, developers, and experts.
  • Experience in program/project management.
  • Solid analytical skills, deductive reasoning, and ability to draw conclusions from evidence and assumptions.
  • Ability to collaborate and influence.
  • Strong stakeholder management and customer centricity.
  • Familiarity with fraud processes in a banking environment (preferable).
  • Bank or large corporate experience (preferable).
  • Ability to thrive in a complex, constantly changing environment.
  • Relationship-building across all organizational levels.
  • Risk and issue management, overcoming challenges, motivating teams and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.

Education & Certification:

  • Master's degree

Work Arrangement:

  • 50% on-site, 50% homeworking
