CI/CD Implementation Specialist

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a professional CI/CD Implementation Specialist for a consultancy mission at a client site. The goal is to evolve towards a professional CI/CD approach by:

• Mapping existing initiatives;
• Identifying best practices from these initiatives and complementing them with market best practices to define a standard that will be followed and monitored;
• Setting up necessary reusable tools;
• Developing an action plan with each team, starting with the most important/recent initiatives to ensure the transition;
• Creating documentation related to the standard and the progress of the transition;
• Supporting development teams during this transition.

Required Expertise:

The expertise required is as follows:

• Minimum 3+ years of demonstrable experience as a CI/CD implementation lead in similar projects and/or complex environments;
• Minimum 3+ years of experience within DevOps teams in building CI/CD pipelines;
• Minimum 2+ years of practical experience in continuous delivery environments, specifically integrating automation tools such as Sonar and Selenium with other tools like GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps;
• Minimum 3+ years of experience with Docker;
• Minimum 1+ year of experience in automation within Cloud environments (Azure and/or AWS);
• Minimum 1+ year of experience with the ELK stack;
• Experience in integrating SCA (e.g., CAST Highlight) and SAST tools via pipelines is a plus.

Responsibilities:

As a CI/CD Implementation Expert, you will be responsible for:

• Continuous improvement and innovation of current software integration and deployment processes and tools in accordance with CI/CD best practices;
• Mapping current CI/CD processes and developing a step-by-step improvement plan aimed at increasing standardization, automation, and quality levels;
• Guiding teams in the execution of the improvement plan;
• Taking on leadership responsibilities, influencing automation efforts, and being involved in building automation processes, environments, and scripts that ensure the highest level of software quality;
• Communicating implementation plans, issues, delays, and risks related to CI/CD automation to project teams, management, and other stakeholders.
