Test Manager Consultant

Mission Overview:

The consultancy mission is for a Test Manager to join the Client Service Center transformation program at a leading financial institution. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will represent our company on-site at the client, working within their central Delivery Office to support a major transformation of servicing and operations activities. This role is part of Keystone Solutions’ dynamic consultancy model, offering the opportunity to work on challenging client projects while embodying our core values.

Responsibilities:

• Orchestrate end-to-end testing activities across a multi-stream program involving the implementation of advanced workflow automation and efficiency platforms.
• Ensure test strategy alignment, quality governance, environment readiness, and integration validation, with a focus on interfaces between new platforms and back-end systems.
• Collaborate closely with the client’s Test & Release Manager and synchronize with Tribe Test Engineers across impacted teams.
• Define Test Strategy & governance, plan and coordinate testing, oversee Integration and End-to-End Testing, manage defects and quality, and report to stakeholders (including dashboards, defect metrics, status meetings, go/no-go decisions, and escalation of critical risks).

Requirements:

• Master’s degree.
• ISTQB testing certification (agile variant) preferred.
• Agile-at-Scale (SaFe model) & scrum certification preferred.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of System Integration Testing, API and middleware architectures, and banking systems.
• Familiarity with cloud or hybrid environments.
• Knowledge of banking operations and regulatory constraints.
• Experience with large scale transformation programs.
• Good knowledge of banking organization and strategy.
• Leadership and coordination skills, including strong cross-team coordination and stakeholder management, ability to manage complex dependencies and timelines, and a risk-based decision-making mindset.
• Language requirements: working knowledge of Dutch and French, fluent English (oral & written).
• Expectation of 50% on-site work in Brussels and 50% homeworking.
• No travel expected.
