Senior DRP Coordinator

Mission Overview:

Join Keystone Solutions as a consultant to support our client on a critical IT Security engagement. You will operate within the clients IT Security department and report to the clients IT Security Manager. The primary mission of the clients IS Security service is to manage and implement information security across the organization. The team develops, operates, and maintains all information security processes. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will coordinate the IT disaster recovery plan (DRP) that can be activated in the event of a major incident at the client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement an IT disaster recovery plan.
• Take charge of DRP exercises end-to-end: preparation, leading the execution teams for tests, and conducting exercise debriefs.
• Lead restoration tests for the most critical applications.
• Lead reconstruction tests for vital applications.
• Continuously improve the preparation and execution of recurring exercises and tests.
• Coordinate all activities related to plan preparation with all IS Service Delivery managers.

All responsibilities will be performed as a Keystone Solutions consultant, embedded with the client and collaborating closely with their stakeholders under our consultancy model.

• Advise on BCP implementation & full Business Continuity Lifecycle  Level: Expert (most recent experience: this year).
• BIA (Business Impact Analysis)  Level: Expert (most recent experience: this year).
• Business Continuity Management  Level: Expert (most recent experience: this year).
• Create Business Continuity Plans (CMP, BRP, DRP) from scratch  Level: Expert (most recent experience: this year).
• Creating new emergency procedures  Level: Expert (most recent experience: this year).
• Crisis Management  Level: Expert (most recent experience: this year).
• Organizing crisis committee tests/exercises  Level: Expert (most recent experience: this year).
• Organizing DRP/BRP tests  Level: Expert (most recent experience: this year).

Language Requirements:

• French or Dutch: excellent.
• Second language (French or Dutch): good.

Additional Information:

The mission may be renewed for a maximum duration (initial duration included) of 880 working days.

Consultancy Nature of Work:

This is a consultancy mission delivered by Keystone Solutions. You will work primarily on-site at the clients location as a Keystone Solutions consultant, collaborating with the clients IT Security Manager, Service Delivery managers, and technical teams to execute the DRP and all related tests and exercises.
