Senior Performance Testing Consultant

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Senior Performance Testing Consultant to join our team on a consultancy mission at a client site. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting performance tests and contributing to the continuous improvement of testing practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and execute performance testing campaigns to validate non-functional requirements prior to production.
• Define testing strategies based on business and technical requirements.
• Develop and maintain load testing scripts using Apache JMeter and existing internal frameworks.
• Execute various types of tests including load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests.
• Monitor performance indicators and analyze results to identify bottlenecks and provide improvement recommendations.
• Produce analysis and summary reports for project and architecture teams.
• Audit existing processes, tools, and frameworks to identify areas for improvement.
• Support teams in adopting best practices related to performance testing.
• Integrate and structure testing activities within the XQual test management tool.
• Study and lead the evolution of automation processes towards GitLab CI.

Required Skills:

• Advanced expertise in performance testing and Apache JMeter.
• Ability to define testing strategies based on non-functional requirements.
• Experience in designing complex and parameterized test scenarios.
• Proficient in executing load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests.
• Deep analysis of application and infrastructure metrics.
• Strong communication skills and ability to facilitate workshops and training sessions.
• Experience in documenting environments, frameworks, and testing processes.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline implementation and optimization.
• Experience in migrating continuous integration chains (Jenkins to GitLab CI).
