Process Officer Cards Consultant

Mission Overview:

The Process Officer Cards position is a consultancy mission at a client site, representing Keystone Solutions. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise and values to every engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Define and analyse existing business models using process modelling techniques and methods
• Manage end-to-end process description (AS IS)
• Review and update existing processes
• Process documentation
• Document management
• Incident Management Process Design

Language Requirements:

• Dutch: Strong written and spoken communication skills
• French: Strong written and spoken communication skills
• English: Strong written and spoken communication skills

Education:

• Bachelor or master degree

Required Experience / Knowledge:

• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience

Technical Experience:

• Technical writing skills and experience with process modelling techniques and methods
• Good expertise in MS Office
• Experience with process modelling tools (Visio, Aris) and the creation of flow charts
• Good understanding of work flow processes

Business Experience:

• Knowledge of the banking world
• Knowledge in new Card technologies (Android Pay, Google Pay, Payconiq ...) is a strong plus
• Experience designing Incident Management Process for a product/functionality is an added value
• Knowledge in card fraud and dispute is a nice to have
• Previous experience at the client is a plus
