Project Manager Business Consultant

Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Project Manager Business. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be engaged in dynamic projects for our client, contributing your expertise to their Transformation Office while embodying the values and ambition of a true K-Stone.

Responsibilities:

• Lead initiatives on Daily Banking topics within a digital channels environment, managing projects from initiation to delivery and ensuring seamless integration into existing digital channels for a world-class customer experience.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closure.
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders, including customer experience, marketing, and operations teams.
• Collaborate with the solution design team to develop solutions aligned with business requirements and digital strategy.
• Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including IT, customer experience, and marketing teams, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes, and develop mitigation plans as needed.
• Develop and manage project budgets.
• Ensure solutions are deployed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
• Develop and implement testing and quality assurance plans to ensure solutions meet business requirements and are free from defects.
• Collaborate with the operations team to develop plans for ongoing maintenance and support of solutions.

Language Requirements:

• Strong written and spoken English communication skills are required, as English is the corporate language.
• French and Dutch communication skills are considered a plus.

Education & Certification:

• Master’s degree with relevant experience in similar projects.
• Certification in Project Management Methodology is required.

Experience & Knowledge:

• 7+ years of experience in project management, preferably within a digital channels environment.
• Proven experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders (including executive level), vendors, and technical teams.
• PMO experience is a plus.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
