Business Analyst Retail Private Banking Securities Handling Investment Regulatory Compliance Consultant

Mission Overview:

The client is seeking a Business Analyst with expertise in Retail & Private Banking, Securities Handling, Investment Services, and Regulatory Compliance. This is a consultancy mission at the client site, representing Keystone Solutions. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your skills and values to every engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Tribe Product Owner to prioritize initiatives.
• Own and maintain the Invest Tribe’s roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and regulatory constraints.
• Align cluster roadmaps and prepare input files for Quarterly Agile Planning.
• Coordinate the annual MiFID Cartography report (FSMA regulatory requirement), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission.
• Follow up on audit and compliance recommendations, prepare bi-monthly Risk Evaluation Meetings.
• Prepare submission memos in accordance with FSMA pre-validation on publicity rules, in collaboration with the Tribe Product Owner and squads.
• Conduct monthly reviews of financials, analyzing budgets by initiative.
• Lead the preparation of the Tribe’s annual Strategic Agile Planning, initiatives, and resource needs for the upcoming year.
• Ensure alignment across Tribes.
• Participate in agile ceremonies.
• Gather, understand, and challenge the needs of diverse external and internal stakeholders (Sales, Legal, and Compliance).
• Follow up on metrics using Rally (Agile Methodology tool).

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of relevant experience covering data reporting, PMO, business analysis, and the investment domain.
• Mandatory technical experience: knowledge of investment products and services, experience with (agile) project management, business analysis, program management office, and elaborate data reporting.
• Mandatory business experience: leading workshops, investments, retail and private banking.
• Soft skills: analytical mind, conceptual thinking, negotiation and persuasion skills, structured approach, ability to work independently, problem-solving, quality-minded with attention to detail, goal-oriented, open to change, and team player.
• Bachelor or Master degree preferably in Business sciences or equivalent business experience.
• Certification in Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Language requirements: Dutch and French (strong written and spoken communication skills in one language with a good understanding of the other), English (main language spoken in the team, strong written and spoken communication skills).
