Data & BI Consultant – Talent Pool

Talent Pool Overview:

Data and BI profiles are the second most requested family by our clients. We are building a pool of Data Analysts, Data Engineers and BI Developers we can propose quickly for analytics, reporting and data platform projects. By joining, you will be among the first profiles we contact when a matching mission opens – as soon as a matching client request comes in.

Organised in five practices (Management Consulting, IT Analysis, IT Development, IT Security and IT Infrastructure), we place experienced IT professionals on missions with leading organisations in Belgium, mainly in banking & insurance, federal and regional public institutions, utilities and industry.

Typical Mission Contexts:

• Design and modernisation of data platforms on Azure (Databricks, Microsoft Fabric)
• Reporting and dashboards for steering and regulatory purposes
• Data migration and integration from SAP and other business applications
• Data quality and data governance initiatives
• Analytics for public institutions, banks, insurers and utilities

Typical Responsibilities:

• Design and build data pipelines, data models and data warehouses
• Develop reports and dashboards, mainly with Power BI
• Translate business needs into KPIs and analytical solutions
• Ensure data quality, documentation and governance (GDPR)
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects and DevOps teams

Must-Have:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Data Analyst, Data Engineer or BI Developer; 6+ years for Senior missions
• Strong SQL skills
• Hands-on experience with Power BI and data modelling
• Experience with ETL/ELT processes

Nice-to-Have:

• Python; Azure Data Factory, Databricks or Microsoft Fabric
• SAP data (BW, S/4HANA) or SAS experience
• CI/CD and DevOps practices for data
• Certifications such as Microsoft PL-300, DP-203 / DP-600 or Databricks

Languages:

• Most of our clients operate in a bilingual environment: French and/or Dutch is required for the majority of missions, with a strong preference for bilingual FR/NL profiles
• Professional English is expected in most IT environments

Engagement Model:

Missions are typically medium to long term, full-time or part-time, on site or hybrid (usually 2–3 days on site). Depending on your preference, we work with you as a Keystone Solutions employee or as a freelance/subcontractor.

Location: Belgium – mainly Brussels, also Flanders and Wallonia depending on the mission. Hybrid work is common.
