Scrum Master Expert Consultant

Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Scrum Master Expert. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise and our values to every engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the key reference for agile frameworks, especially Scrum, ensuring the project team’s understanding and maximizing project results while protecting the team from distractions.
• Ensure the proper use and application of Agile Methodology, coaching the project team, business lines, and stakeholders on effective interactions.
• Play the role of delivery owner across squads, set up and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, Sprint Planning, Retrospective), and other meetings.
• Schedule and follow key steps of the methodology, guarantee smooth use of Scrum, and help the team overcome obstacles.
• Support the Product Owner with the Product Backlog and assist the team in delivering the Definition of Done, Sprint Backlog, and more.
• Track team capacity and velocity metrics for planning and progress.
• Coach and challenge the project team, promote self-organization, and remove barriers to effectiveness.
• Act as an ambassador of agile methods within the company and provide reporting on Scrum deployment to superiors.
• Manage risks and issues, ensuring team effectiveness and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of relevant experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar agile role.
• Sound knowledge of English and at least one local language.
• Expertise in agile reporting and follow-up tools (e.g., Jira), automated testing, continuous integration, software development, and project management methodologies.
• Proven ability to combine Agile coaching with delivery ownership.
• Experience in large organizations and with multi-cultural teams.
• Expert knowledge of agile methodologies and techniques (e.g., Kanban), and experience managing dependencies in complex organizations.
• Strong team player, communicator, organizer, and knowledge sharer.
• Agile mindset: positive attitude, pragmatism, thirst for knowledge, focus on team success, and commitment to continuous feedback and improvement.
• Willingness to contribute across disciplines in a cross-functional team environment.
