Mission Overview:
This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Program Manager Business. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will work on-site with the client, delivering expertise and value through our consultancy model.
Mission Context:
The client is a market leader in corporate Cash Management services, with a global competence center based in Brussels and Paris. The organization defines the strategy and priorities for Cash Management business worldwide. You will join initiative teams responsible for driving large end-to-end projects in international payments, such as major migrations to centralized payment platforms and deploying innovative offers. The environment is agile and cross-border, involving collaboration with multiple business and IT teams.
Responsibilities:
- Act as an interim Business Initiative Leader, collaborating closely with product teams and stakeholders inside and outside the Tribe.
- Lead the deployment of a new international payments engine and offer across corporate branches in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, enabling innovative products such as GPI, blockchain, and Virtual Accounts.
- Manage end-to-end evolutions from channel to back end, impacting all related processes.
- Onboard and drive key stakeholders including global markets, channels, and product teams.
- Lead workshops for product gap analysis with various stakeholders.
- Ensure scoping of evolutions on all assets with IT Initiative Leader support and follow up on IT change deliveries.
- Coordinate with process managers on end-to-end process evolution and impacts on the Target Operating Model.
- Serve as the single point of contact for the Product Management team during the initiative.
- Organize and lead Initiative Boards.
- Monitor and follow the project budget.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in international payments, FX, and Swift concepts.
- Mandatory business experience in Cash Management and International Payment, FX, and Swift.
- Preferable technical experience with Agile and API.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in both French and English.
- Willingness to travel to Paris 1 or 2 times a month.
