IT Transition Coordinator

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Senior IT Transition Coordinator for a consultancy mission at a client site. In this role, you will act as the interim head of the IT function, ensuring operational management and continuity of digital services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure operational management of the IT function and continuity of digital services.
• Maintain a consolidated vision of the ongoing project portfolio, requests, and services.
• Implement mechanisms for arbitration, prioritization, and reporting (demand governance, management dashboard).
• Establish budget transparency and engage in cost control (TCO).
• Structure the management and accountability of suppliers (private and institutional).
• Develop a user-oriented culture by listening to and prioritizing business needs.
• Identify and implement possible synergies with Keystone Solutions.
• Contribute to rebuilding a climate of trust and collaboration.
• Prepare for a sustainable IT management transition (recruitment framing, knowledge transfer).

Required Skills and Experience:

• Senior profile with experience in IT consultancy and interim management, capable of engaging with executive bodies.
• Proven experience in taking over an IT function in a complex environment with short-term results obligations.
• Mastery of demand management processes, prioritization, and portfolio management.
• Significant experience in managing procurement teams and public service consultancy contracts.
• Ability to reconstruct a reliable budget vision and establish a complete cost model (TCO).
• Knowledge of the institutional and budgetary framework in the public sector.
• Strong interpersonal skills, leadership, political sense, and mediation abilities.
