Subject Matter Expert Infrastructure Consultant

Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Subject Matter Expert in Infrastructure. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be engaged in dynamic client projects, bringing your expertise to diverse environments and contributing to impactful solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Work within the “Remote Applications Services & Printing” squad in an Agile organization, part of the “Digital Working BE” division.
• Take responsibility for Citrix Infrastructure (XenApp/CVAD, Citrix Workspace App configurations, Citrix Storefront, Citrix Director), HVD exploitation, and Printing Services (roaming pull printing and direct printing).
• Oversee design, life cycle management, patch management, and capacity management of Citrix, HVD, and printing platforms.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support on Citrix/HVD platforms and printing services.
• Contribute to the migration of Citrix-related services to Cloud solutions.
• Guide application owners through their migration trajectory to the Cloud.
• Collaborate with group partners to exploit, improve, and maintain service stability.
• Write and maintain technical and user documentation to support services.
• Ensure 3rd level support (advanced troubleshooting) for Citrix, HVD, and printing products managed by the squad.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent by experience.
• Excellent spoken and written knowledge of English, with decent knowledge of French and Dutch.
• Team player with strong cooperation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Customer and stakeholder orientation, proactivity, self-direction, adaptability in multicultural environments, and an analytical, problem-solving mindset.
• Proven experience with Windows server, Citrix, and Printing technologies in large environments.
• Experience in large-scale migration projects.
• Good knowledge of Citrix (XenApp, HVD, Storefront, WEM).
• Good knowledge of Windows Server operating system (AD, GPO, etc.).
• Decent scripting skills (Powershell).
• Knowledge of large-scale printing solutions, SNMP, 802.1x, etc.
• Basic networking knowledge (Proxy, routing, local firewalls, firewalls) is preferable.
• Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring tools and processes is a plus.
