System Administrator Analyst

Mission Overview:

We are seeking a System Administrator/Analyst for a consultancy mission at a client site, representing Keystone Solutions. In this role, you will be part of the ICT department, focusing on the technical management of the ICT infrastructure. You will work alongside other system administrators and analysts, reporting to the section head. Your responsibilities will be carried out under Keystone Solutions' consultancy model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the ICT infrastructure with a focus on data center, data communication, and security.
• Configuration of data communication devices: routers, switches, load balancers, firewalls.
• TCP/IP, IPv4/6, L2/3 switching & routing, VLANs, BGP, VRRP.
• LDAP/Radius/Tacacs, VoIP, SIP, PoE.
• Manage, monitor, and improve network security.
• Antimalware and intrusion detection.
• Manage and maintain the segmented network, including internal and external (provider) sides.
• Administrative network and IoT network, wired (copper/fiber) and wireless.
• VPN access management.
• Data center management (compute & storage).
• Virtualization (servers/desktops), disaster recovery, business continuity.
• Backup, restore, replication, NAS/SAN.
• Advise on cloud and XaaS systems.
• Conceptualize sustainable solutions in ICT architecture.
• Follow up and execute installations and planned maintenance during the monthly maintenance window.
• Collaborate with and guide internal ICT staff and external installers/suppliers.
• Set up and guide POCs for investigating new solutions to be implemented.
• Resolve complex incidents/problems/changes.
• Monitor and optimize ITIL processes: problem management, change management.
• Keep CI’s and CMDB up-to-date for the assets under your management.
• General monitoring of the ICT infrastructure: analysis, capacity control, management, and planning.
• Document processes and systems under your management.
