Java Developer Consultant

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Java Developer for a consultancy mission at a client site. As part of the team, you will actively contribute to the evolution of a family allocation management platform. You will be involved in the entire application lifecycle, from technical design to production deployment, with a particular focus on backend robustness and user experience fluidity.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design and develop complex features using Java 21+ and Spring Boot.
• Build modern and responsive interfaces using Angular while maintaining existing JSF assets.
• Ensure software quality through unit/integration testing and peer code reviews.
• Manage data persistence via Hibernate and optimize queries to ensure performance.
• Participate in the design and exposure of secure and scalable REST APIs.
• Engage in continuous integration and deployment within the OpenShift environment.
• Collaborate closely with business analysts to translate legislative needs into elegant technical solutions.
• Contribute to the automation of development processes using CI/CD tools (GitLab, Jenkins, Renovate).
• Ensure code compliance through SonarQube.
• Propose modernizations to the technical stack and optimize application performance.

Required Profile:

• Technical Skills:
  Backend: Java 21+, Spring/Spring Boot/Spring Batch, Hibernate, RabbitMq, Oracle/Postgres, XML, Junit/Selenium.
  Frontend: Angular, Vue.js, JSF/Primefaces.
  Environment: GitLab, Jenkins, OpenShift, JIRA/Confluence, Maven, SonarQube, Renovate, Kibana, Prometheus.
  API: Real experience in consuming and creating REST services. Knowledge of networking and infrastructure is a plus.
• Business Skills:
  In-depth knowledge of family allocation funds (business processes, legislation, data flows) is a major asset for understanding the challenges of the Itinera application.
• Soft Skills:
  Autonomy: Ability to take ownership of a subject from start to finish.
