Senior IT Strategic Buyer

Mission Overview:

As a Senior IT Strategic Buyer, you will be working on a consultancy mission at a client site representing Keystone Solutions. This role involves navigating a complex and critical IT environment essential for the continuity of operations. You will join the 'Public Markets and Purchasing' team to develop new activities within the Purchasing service.

Responsibilities:

• Develop purchasing strategies for software and IT consultancy categories, optimizing procurement processes in collaboration with IT experts.
• Utilize your market knowledge to ensure reliable supplier partnerships and enhance vendor and contract management.
• Work under the same conditions as internal staff, with a hybrid model requiring a minimum of 50% presence in the office.

Activities:

• Category Management: Establish purchasing strategies by IT supply/service categories, accelerating public procurement processes in compliance with legislation.
• Vendor Management: Define relational strategies with strategic suppliers to manage performance and quality evaluation, including dispute resolution and high-level negotiations.
• Contract Management: Develop and ensure comprehensive governance of IT contracts, including performance tracking, risk management, and corrective actions to ensure service continuity and value creation.
