Test Manager

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking an experienced Test Manager for a consultancy mission at a client site. In this role, you will lead and coordinate testing activities across a portfolio of projects, defining and implementing test strategies, establishing comprehensive test plans, and ensuring successful execution of testing activities throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement test strategies/test plans for major projects.
• Coordinate and oversee all testing phases.
• Monitor test execution, analyze results, and report on quality metrics and risks.
• Facilitate defect management and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Communicate testing progress, risks, and recommendations to project stakeholders and management through Power BI.
• Drive continuous improvement of testing processes, methodologies, and quality standards.

Required Profile:

• Functional knowledge and understanding of software testing and usage of Azure DevOps.
• ISTQB foundation certification.
• Experience in usage of Azure DevOps and its functionalities (Dashboard, work items, test case preparation, execution, defect creation, and follow-up).
• Junior experience in usage of Power BI.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership abilities.
• Experience with project delivery methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.

Soft Skills:

• Able to communicate in a professional, clear, and structured manner with the Testing Team, IS teams, business stakeholders, and management.
• Proactively support and contribute to the governance, coordination, and alignment of testing practices.
• Team player with a proactive approach to continuous improvement of testing activities.
