Program Manager Consultant

Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Program Manager within the Information Technology (IT) domain. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise and our values to every engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the Initiative Owner of an IT Production initiative.
• Ensure the delivery of initiatives and manage conflicts regarding prioritization, budget, value for money, and scope.
• Monitor and control the progress of initiative delivery.
• Ensure that initiatives deliver the expected results.
• Manage stakeholders effectively.
• Organize required ceremonies at multiple organizational levels (ExCo, Tribe, squad).
• Identify and log impediments at the initiative level.
• Facilitate the resolution of impediments at the initiative level.
• Simplify discussions, decisions, and conflict resolution by creating a safe, trust-based environment.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate information flow, protect the team from unexpected workloads, and align with IT Production Management.
• Contribute to the Scrum of Scrum and Quarterly Agile Planning.
• Bridge business stakeholders and IT suppliers, challenging both to ensure optimal solutions in terms of cost, quality, and budget.
• Report to the Chapter Lead of IT APS Transversal Roles.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or equivalent by experience, with at least 15 years of strong experience in a similar function.
• At least 15 years of experience in a similar function; professional experience of at least 20 years is valued.
• Ability to understand technical and complex infrastructure architecture design documents.
• Knowledge of infrastructure migration projects is a plus.
• Experience in the banking sector is preferable.
• Ability to work in an Agile Way of Working is preferable.
• Fluency in French or Dutch, with good command of English.
• Team spirit and ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Good analytical and synthesis skills.
