Project Manager IT Consultant

Mission Overview:

The Project Manager (IT) role is a consultancy mission at a client site, representing Keystone Solutions. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to deliver impactful projects for our client in Brussels, working within a dynamic banking environment.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee deliveries across various squads within an Agile Tribe, collaborating closely with IT Tribe Leads.
• Ensure commitments are met regarding deadlines, quality, and budget, working with technical teams.
• Identify and remove impediments blocking project progress.
• Ensure deliverables comply with security standards and internal policies.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Maintain effective communication and reporting, including daily updates with the IT Tribe Lead.
• Produce dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) for delivery tracking.
• Prepare and present progress updates at steering committees and governance meetings.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project management, including at least 3 years in an Agile complex environment.
• Experience in the banking sector is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and associated tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Proven experience in project management and delivery management.
• Experience with planning tooling is preferable.
• Experience on IT projects is mandatory; experience in the banking sector is preferable.
• Master's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Project Management, or Business Administration.
• Agile Project Management certification; PMI/PMP knowledge is a plus.
• Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
