Senior UX Designer

Mission Overview:

As a Senior UX Designer, you will be engaged in a consultancy mission at a client site representing Keystone Solutions. Your role involves designing user-friendly interfaces and continuously improving the user experience of applications.

You will pay particular attention to the maintenance and development of the design system. You will ensure that components, patterns, and guidelines remain consistent, accessible, and up-to-date, while supporting teams in their correct usage.

Specifically, you will participate in needs analysis and ensure you understand users and their environment to best determine application requirements.

You will determine and plan research methods and assist in recruiting participants to gather necessary information (interviews, surveys, focus groups, user testing, etc.).

You will propose the most suitable solution and design low and high fidelity interfaces (mobile-first prototyping).

You will assist analysts and developers in designing user interfaces and ensure that the developed application meets user requirements and their environment.

You will ensure that the graphic design of applications complies with accessibility standards.

You have experience in designing, managing, and maintaining design systems and actively contribute to their evolution.

Throughout projects, you will maintain regular and effective communication with clients and the team.

You are bilingual (French and Dutch).
