Senior Change Manager

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Senior Change Manager for a consultancy mission at a client site. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and implementing strategies to facilitate the adoption of significant changes within the organization. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that employees understand, are knowledgeable about, and can effectively utilize the changes being introduced.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy in collaboration with relevant stakeholders, ensuring that the objectives of the change initiative are considered throughout the process.
• Identify internal and external stakeholders impacted by the change, assess their needs and expectations, and develop appropriate communication and stakeholder management plans.
• Define and manage the implementation of training for employees to prepare them for upcoming changes.
• Collaborate closely with the program/project manager and team leaders to assess the impacts of the change, anticipate challenges, and develop appropriate mitigation plans.
• Monitor the progress of the change and evaluate results, making adjustments as necessary to ensure the success of change initiatives.
• Identify and address resistance to change, fostering a climate of trust and promoting a culture of openness and flexibility.
• Ensure clear and consistent communication regarding the change, utilizing various channels to inform employees at all levels of the organization.
• Measure and evaluate stakeholder satisfaction with the change management process and use feedback to improve future change initiatives.
• Stay updated on best practices and trends in change management, ensuring that the organization adopts innovative approaches tailored to its environment, specifics, and maturity.
