Senior Business Analyst Consultant

Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Senior Business Analyst within the Purchase to Pay Ecosystem. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise and our values to every engagement.

Mission Context:

The assignment is within the Transversal Capabilities & Functions department, supporting a wide range of business and IT domains such as HR, Sourcing & Procurement, Facility, Communication, Portals, and Record Keeping. You will join the Facility & Purchase to Pay cluster, focusing on the Source to Pay scope, and work in an Agile squad to ensure business continuity and the effective functioning of tools and processes for all employees.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, challenge, and consolidate the pain points and needs of diverse internal and external stakeholders, developing deep subject matter expertise.
• Collaborate closely with relevant experts to define product concepts, detailed processes, and conceptual and functional architecture.
• Define acceptance criteria for Opuses and Features under your lead.
• Work in close partnership with the Product Owner and development team during feature refinement to ensure all necessary information is available.
• Support business and user testing, and assist with organizing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) where applicable.
• Continuously challenge and improve existing processes to enhance customer experience, efficiency, and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Create and maintain clear, accessible documentation to support uniform execution, incident resolution, and ongoing support.
• Periodically review documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with requirements from control functions (Legal, Compliance, Permanent Control, etc.).

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience as a business analyst.
• Mandatory technical experience: SAP Cost Accounting.
• Preferable technical experience: Agile methodology.
• Mandatory business experience: Procurement, Purchase to Pay, E.Invoicing (Pepol regulation).
• Language skills: Dutch and/or French, and fluent English (working language).
• Soft skills: Analytical mind, conceptual thinking, structured approach, solution orientation, stakeholder management, negotiation and persuasion, team player, openness to change, adaptive communication, proactivity, and autonomy.
• On-site presence required at least 50% of the time; homeworking is possible.
