Mission Overview:
Join Keystone Solutions as a consultant for a public-sector client mission focused on the dematerialization of public procurement processes. A previous business analysis facilitated the integration of needs into the Omega application (based on the Soolid/Odoo platform). This new mission will prepare the decommissioning of an existing application used by client agents, both to enable consultation of historical data and to document functionalities not covered by the new Omega application. The analysis will serve as a foundation for delivering a solution for the management of subsidies or allocations. The mission may evolve toward participation in solution design as well as additional analyses within this program. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will execute these responsibilities closely with the client under our consultancy model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct business, functional, and test analysis activities, and accompany business stakeholders in adopting the new solution.
- Actively contribute to administrative simplification throughout the engagement.
- Produce and maintain all required deliverables: business analysis (including model updates), functional analyses (as user stories), test scenarios, and all documents that facilitate user onboarding (user guides, demos).

Consultancy Nature of Work:
