Operations Officer Consultant

Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission at a client site, representing Keystone Solutions. As an Operations Officer, you will be hired by Keystone Solutions to deliver services for our client in the financial sector. You will operate within the Client Service Center, focusing on KYC Corporate Advisory for Public, Financial Institutions, and Real Estate clients.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure day-to-day operational support and control
• Provide ad hoc project support
• Issue management and reporting
• Act as a point of contact towards internal and external clients
• Guarantee business continuity and customer satisfaction

Language Requirements:

• Dutch: Native or fluent
• French: Native or fluent
• English: Good

• Bachelor or Master degree

Telework:

• Expectation: 50% on site & 50% homeworking

Required Experience / Knowledge:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience

Technical Experience:

• Good expertise in MS Office
• Familiar with various IT Tools

Business Experience:

• Strong interest in finance and banking (products)
• KYC Knowledge is a plus
