Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive for a consultancy mission at a client site. In this role, you will drive new business in the enterprise segment, focusing on complex, high-value deals with large organizations. You will be hired by Keystone Solutions to work on client projects, ensuring strong alignment from lead generation to signed deal and beyond.


Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting to closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of strategic accounts.
  • Develop deep relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers across HR, Finance, Operations, Mobility, and Procurement.
  • Translate customer needs into compelling value propositions, in collaboration with Product and Marketing.
  • Lead complex sales processes, including RFPs, procurement cycles, and legal negotiations.
  • Partner with Marketing on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives.
  • Work with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term value delivery.
  • Help refine the sales playbook and enterprise sales strategy, feeding market insight back to Product and leadership to shape roadmap priorities.
  • Be the face of the organization at key sector events and forums.

Your Profile:

You bring:

  • 5–10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or complex solution sales, with a proven track record of closing enterprise-level deals.
  • A strong grasp of long, complex sales cycles and the ability to navigate multiple stakeholders and build trust at C-level.
  • Strategic thinking combined with strong execution power.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Comfort in a fast-paced, scaling environment where things are still being built.
  • Fluency in Dutch, French, and English is a strong plus (depending on market focus).
