Senior Functional Analyst

Mission Overview:

The Functional Analyst is responsible for analyzing business processes at our client site. This role involves engaging in the initial phases of projects by accurately describing the current and future state of processes. The consultant will facilitate workshops, organize, and manage necessary meetings to gather information and produce deliverables essential for project definition, adhering to established standards and methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Organize meetings and workshops to understand and map the business processes as required by the client.
• Draft necessary documents for process definition to ensure they can be directly utilized by analysts for solution implementation.
• Ensure throughout the project that the implemented solution aligns with the described solution in agreement with the Business.

• Communication: Organize and lead necessary meetings or workshops with the Business, demonstrating good listening skills.
• Conceptualization: Translate abstract reasoning and general concepts into practical solutions.
• Information Analysis: Analyze data in a targeted manner and critically assess information.
• Cross-Functional Understanding: Have a view beyond the boundaries of various departments/divisions and evaluate the impact of decisions on other areas of the organization.
