Supplier Contract Specialist

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Supplier Contract Specialist to support our client in enhancing supplier and contract management within a SIAM-run environment. This consultancy mission focuses on accurately translating service management needs into contractual agreements, supporting standardization in contractual clauses, and ensuring a workable connection between contracts, governance, and operational services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the monitoring of contractual agreements with involved suppliers.
• Ensure that service management agreements are accurately translated into operational follow-up.
• Assist in the use of standardized service management clauses in new or amended contracts.
• Identify contractual risks, gaps, or ambiguities impacting service delivery.
• Prepare and support supplier reviews and follow-up moments.
• Contribute to a uniform and professionally organized supplier governance.
• Support alignment between service delivery, governance, and contractual obligations.
• Document points of attention and recommendations regarding supplier and contract follow-up.

Technical Knowledge Requirements:

• Contract follow-up and service agreements (Expert) (10+ years): How have you previously translated service management agreements into clear contractual or supplier agreements?
• Stakeholder and supplier management (Confirmed) (5+ years): What elements do you believe are crucial for professionally establishing supplier governance within a SIAM context?
