Medior Project Manager

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Medior Project Manager for a consultancy mission at a client site. In this role, you will lead and coordinate activities related to the projects assigned to you, ensuring alignment between client needs, business teams, IT teams, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and formalize client needs and requirements in line with project objectives.
• Coordinate various stakeholders and ensure alignment between business teams, IT, and suppliers.
• Plan and monitor activities, deliverables, milestones, and project dependencies.
• Consolidate workload estimates, costs, and resource needs related to changes and developments.
• Oversee and track the delivery of solutions and software adaptations within agreed timelines and commitments.
• Identify and monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and discrepancies, coordinating corrective actions.
• Ensure quality, compliance, and suitability of solutions to meet client needs and requirements.
• Manage governance, reporting, and regular communication on project progress.
• Maintain operational documentation and ensure continuity and improvement of services.
• Act as application manager for access activities of the Administrative Center and contribute to client satisfaction.
